Aaron Mpala founded Kabunako Investment with a vision to bring world-class industrial engineering and fabrication expertise to Zimbabwe and the broader African continent. With over 15 years of experience in structural steel fabrication, mechanical installations, and large-scale industrial projects, Aaron has led teams across mining operations, energy facilities, and commercial developments throughout the region.
His background in mechanical engineering combined with hands-on fabrication experience gives him a unique perspective on project delivery. He understands that engineering success isn't just about technical precision — it's about understanding the local context, building trust with clients, and delivering practical solutions that work in African conditions.

He believes in investing in local talent and transferring knowledge to ensure sustainable growth of the industry. When away from the workshop, you'll find him exploring new fabrication techniques, attending industry conferences, or enjoying time with his family in Hwange.
